RICOTTA CHEESECAKE FLUFF

1 30-oz container part-skim ricotta cheese
3 tbl. light sour cream
1 pkg. SF/FF Jello cheesecake pudding mix
Splenda to taste

Mix well and enjoy.

Estimated nutritional info: 1/2 cup = 155 cal, 6 g carb, 12.6 g protein, 8.9 g fat.

1 Lg box of SD Chocolate Pudding
1 Lg box of SD Vanilla Pudding
1 Med. Container of SF Cool Whip
Skim Milk
1 Box of FF Graham Crackers
Shershey’s Lite Chocolate Syrup


   Mix bothpuddinbgs in seperate bowels according to directions on box. 
Divide the SF Cool Whip into pudding bowels.  Mix well.
   In a 9-13 in. dish, layer Graham Crackers, pudding mixture. Repeat ending with pudding mixture.

   Drizzle chocolate syrup on tom for decoration.  Chill overnight.  Very band friendly with low calories.  Yummo

Package of Strawberry Sugar-free jello
small container of ricotta
Mix the jello powder with the water
Put in blender
add ricotta
Put in deep pie dish and let set overnight in fridge.
Yummy low carb crustless strawberry cheese cake pie.
This a waaaaaaaaaaaay too band friendly. LOL Goes down like ice-cream. Careful. My husband loved it!

Orange Fluff

1 large container of cottage cheese
1 box of sf orange jello
1 can of mandarine oranges
1 container sf cool whip

Mix first three ingredients together and then fold in the cool whip. Don't over stir so as not to break down the cool whip. Chill and enjoy.
