Organic Protein Balls Shared by Anne
2 cups whey protein powder 0 carbs 2 cups SOY protein powder 0 CABs 2 cups all natural no sugar added organic peanut butter (the trader joes one is great and it's really inexpensive. 1.50 a jar.) 2 cups chopped nuts. I used walnuts. add enough water so that you can make golf ball size balls. I put them in the fridge to get firm, and then separate them into ziplock bags. I keep one out and put the rest into the freezer. Tonight i took a bag out of the freezer and melted some Low Carb Specialties ChocoPerfection Bars, Milk Chocolate with some coconut oil. I dipped my balls into the chocolate twice. OMG!!! Low carb orgasm plus protein!
